What is a typical day at PSYL like?
While PSYL is an intensive experiential program, we aim for a balanced approach to each day. We know that people who choose to come to PSYL usually want to challenge themselves and to experience life to the fullest. So we design each day to attend to all the different aspects of ourselves.
Each day we create distinct time for:
- Being together as a community, to create and shape what is to come
- Engaging in workshop sessions that challenge our thinking
- Experiencing simulations that offer a deeper lived understanding of PSYL program themes.
- Physical fitness and play
- Quiet reflection time outdoors
- Social and cultural activities.
